    N:SH art Exhibition

    · Moku Yoga and Movement Studio, Westward Ho! EX39 1LQ

N:SH art by Garri Paal Aske Nash MOKU Yoga, Bideford · Saturday 12 September, 12–5 pm · Drop in, no booking needed. MOKU is delighted to host an afternoon of atmospheric abstract landscapes by North Devon painter Garri Paal Aske Nash. Misted horizons, weathered coastlines, colour that shifts from stormy blue to sudden gold. Nash's paintings aren't records of place, they're memories of it, built up in layers of texture, weather and time. He prefers not to explain the work. He'd rather you found your own way in. Nash has spent over 40 years in art and design, including 25 years as Head of Art at A-Level. Since retiring in 2024, he's painted full-time, with work shown at The Burton Gallery and across solo exhibitions in North Devon. Garri will be there in person throughout the afternoon. All work on display is original and available to purchase on the day.

    Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath

    · Maja Luce Lelandais · Moku Yoga and Movement Studio, Westward Ho! EX39 1LQ

This deeply calming evening of Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Yoga Nidra, often described as yogic sleep, gently guides you into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where profound rest and restoration can take place. Paired with the healing frequencies of a sound bath, this immersive experience supports deep relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system balance. As you rest comfortably, you'll be bathed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, a gong and other sacred instruments, allowing layers of tension to melt away as your mind, body, and spirit return to harmony. Simply lie down, breathe, and receive. This is your permission to pause - to be held, guided, and deeply supported in a peaceful and nurturing space. All levels are welcome - no experience is needed. Optional (Please bring a thicker yoga mat if you wish, blanket, cushion, and anything else that will help you feel warm and comfortable. We also have a selection of spare mats, blankets, and cushions available if you'd like to use them. We look forward to welcoming you for an evening of deep rest, renewal, and sound.
